About Me

ISSA Elite Trainer
I am a certified fitness professional with over a decade of experience in fitness industry. My goal is to guide you towards healthier lifestyle and I am working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels including pregnant and postpartum ladies.
Since every person is unique having different strengths or limitations, I’m always adjusting fitness program to fit the best to each client’s needs and goals.
I can train with you at your own location, gym or outside in park, beach, etc. You do not need a lot of space or much equipment.
You just have to show up and let me guide you through the program that works the best for you!
The ISSA Elite Trainer credential is awarded to accomplished ISSA Certified Trainers who have proven their competence in personal training and developed expertise in two additional areas of specialization. With scientific backing and practical application in the areas clients need help the most. This credential proves that extensive education equals results.

FITNESS PLANS TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR NEEDS
Individual Session
Individual training session allows the trainer to focus solely on your individual goals and work at the pace you need to safely and effectively get results you want. Additional benefit of individual session is scheduling workouts on days and times that work the best for you.
Semi Individual & Group Class
If you love training in group but still want a professional guidance through your workout, you will love this type of training session. I make partner and group training fun and effective for everyone providing challenges but also modifications when necessary. In that way, all individuals of different fitness level can benefit from a great workout.
Customized Workout Plan
This type of workout plan allows you to train on your own having a professionally designed exercise routine specifically for training at home, gym or both. Program plan may be from 4, 8 and 12 weeks.
Post Pregnancy Program
This program includes workouts designed to help mothers to gain strength and improve their fitness level after pregnancy and birth. My education and experience working with many pregnant and postpartum ladies along with my own postpartum journey helped me to create the most effective program for all mothers that are cleared from doctor to exercise and are ready to feel and look their best!
